Things to come

In an effort to further develop my talent of sewing I am starting this blog.  It will be my brag page, and I mean that in a non prideful way.  I want to have a place to document my talents for future generations, so if my kids or grandkids care to see what I create it will be there, even if the artifacts are long gone.  I'll be posting pictures of my projects. Currently I am working on a buck a block quilt for my bed, training pants for a little one, and planning a Round Robin and a Dear Jane.  Pictures to come.  Here is a picture of the buck a block I am working on.  This is the display from Quiltin Country.  Mine is a work in progress I'll post pictures in a few days.

  6. Hi there, and welcome to blog land. Barb sent me over. Your quilt is beautiful. I started my blog to document my quilting experience, and it has become such a wonderful source of friendship and creativity. Looking forward to seeing what you create along the way :-)

  9. Barbara has been busy organising the welcoming committee, and whilst I was a bit late, welcome from another one of Barb's followers! I always feel like I'm a sheep saying that, but followers we are, and why wouldn't we be when there's such fantastic crafters out there to assist, inspire and refresh our mojo from time to time. I look forward to reading more of your 'bragging' and if you ever visit my blog, you'll see I'm not shy about 'bragging' all my exploits for the world to see...if they look! Hugs Naomi
